SESSION DETAILS

BASIC PORTRAIT SESSION

A $165.00 creative fee includes up to two hours of time for up to 5 people, on location, digital enhancements, and a personal online proof gallery to share with family and friends. This does not include digital files or prints.

A complimentary 8x10 print of your choice is your gift when your portrait order is placed within 4 weeks of the posting of your personal online gallery.

NEWBORN PORTRAIT SESSION

All newborn portrait sessions include photographer's time, talent and access to Cheryl's extensive newborn prop/clothing collection.
This session fee is $175 and includes retouching of all of your final images, a personal online proofing gallery, and a complimentary 8x10 print of your choice.
Digital files or prints are not included.

All newborn sessions are done in my in home studio by appointment only.
To ensure we can create a variety of those detailed poses with your newborn, it's important to schedule your session within the first 14 days of life.
Newborn sessions can last anywhere between 2-3 hours depending on the attention your little ones needs. It's quiet, warm and cozy.
The focus of this type of session really is on your newborn but a sibling can be added for an additional fee. If a sibling is included there must be a parent that can keep them entertained in between shots.

High School Reflections Portrait Sessions are $175.00 and include 24 complimentary wallets, same pose, of your choice. This also allows for several clothing changes, location changes, digital enhancements and a personal online gallery.
Digital files or prints purchased separately.

First Year Reflections Package is $500.00. This package is designed to capture your baby's entire first year!

It includes 4 portrait sessions, Newborn, 6mo., 9mo. and 1 year. A complimentary 5x7 of your choice is included with each session. This also allows for clothes changes, digital enhancements and a personal online gallery. At the end of the year I will design a 12x12 custom collage that captures the personality of your little one!
Digital files or prints are not included.

Payment in full is required on the day of your session.

Travel outside of the Dublin/Pleasanton/San Ramon area requires an additional fee to be discussed.

PREPARATION & DRESS

Keep your dress & grooming fairly simple. Here are some suggestions I've pinned on Pinterest if you are looking for some ideas! Portrait Clothing Ideas
Bring along hats, sunglasses, a favorite jacket or any item that might add something fun to your portraits. Feel free to include your child's special toy, bear or blanket to personalize your photography session.

Please allow one to two hours for your session. I want to make sure you are comfortable & not feeling rushed. This creates a warmer atmosphere for capturing those elegant, natural images. I want you to relax & enjoy yourself!

PROOFS, PRICING & ORDERING

Approximately one week from your session, your online gallery will be ready for viewing- (a password may be requested)

**PLEASE NOTE**

PROOFS REMAIN ONLINE FOR 4 WEEKS FROM THE DATE PRESENTED. PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER DURING THIS TIME. Once removed, there is a $30 reload fee.

Payment must be made in full at the time of your order. No Exceptions.

Due to the fact that my work & products are custom made just for you, there are no refunds.
